COVID-19 Limited Free Access Offer

The limited Connect COVID-19 free access offer is available to instructors teaching courses that meet all the following conditions, and will only apply for the balance of the current academic term:

  • The Course is offered at a higher education institution in United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and
  • The Course start date was after 1/1/2020 and before 1/5/2020, and
  • The institution was required to move from in-person teaching to online-only delivery because of a COVID-19 related campus closure order and students had previously purchased course materials for such Course.

Instructors teaching courses that they believe meet these conditions may participate by contacting their McGraw-Hill representative or requesting assistance via this link. A McGraw-Hill representative will confirm Course eligibility and support you with all of the below:

  • McGraw-Hill will create a course in Connect using the McGraw-Hill title requested by the instructor or the one that most closely matches the materials the instructor is currently using
  • McGraw-Hill will generate a quantity of access codes equal to the confirmed student enrolment in the instructor’s Course. Alternatively, McGraw-Hill will support set-up of LMS pairing if this is default route of student access.
  • The Course and the points of student access will be delivered to the instructor by their McGraw-Hill representative
  • McGraw-Hill will provide an opportunity for the instructor to schedule an on-line one-on-one or group training session
  • The instructor will be responsible for distributing access codes or making the course available through the LMS to students

This Limited COVID-19-related Offer (“Offer”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The Offer is only available to higher education institutions in United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Middle East and Africa, who meet the criteria set out by MH for courses that satisfy MH’s eligibility requirements. Digital access codes distributed as part of the Offer are subject to local laws, void outside these regions or where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, have no face value, and cannot be applied to existing orders or used in conjunction or combined with any other offer or promotional code. McGraw-Hill (MH) reserves the right, without notice, to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Offer. If any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond MH’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Offer, MH may discontinue or suspend it. MH reserves the right to the determine eligibility for the Offer and reserves the right to deactivate discount codes or disqualify any individual or institution from participation based upon management discretion.
